  • High-Level Financial Ranges: Your liquid net worth bracket and monthly budget preferences to confirm financial baseline readiness ($500,000 liquid minimum) for a 1/8th luxury real estate equity share.

3. Absolute Data Protection (No Selling of Data)

  • We Do Not Sell Your Data: Your personal and financial information will never be sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketing companies.
  • Strictly Internal Use: Your answers are used exclusively by Grey Estate Living Holdings to analyze optimal real estate locations and form balanced, 50/50 gender-split micro-groups.

4. Safety, Background Checks, and Future Verification

Participation in this initial survey does not require a background check. However, because our model relies on safety, financial stability, and mutual trust, all final candidates chosen to form a property LLC (e.g., GEL-Boca Raton, FL LLC) will be required to undergo formal criminal background and certified financial verification before purchasing real estate equity.

5. Data Security and Retention

We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure cloud servers to protect your submissions from unauthorized access. We will only retain your survey data for as long as necessary to form our inaugural real estate groups or until you request its deletion.
